YOGA STUDENT AND TEACHER
Classes with Margot are full of emotion, discipline, mountains to climb and green fields to rest, she teaches Ashtanga yoga, Yin or Vinyasa yoga with a focus on a cleansing the body and meditation practice to the mind — connecting your body-mind-spirit. Margot – born in Estonia, citizen of the world.
Since young age she has been expressing movement of body through show-dance, fitness, street dance and yoga. After moving to London, she became a regular in Hatha yoga classes in her local gym and not long after, Mysore Ashtanga classes became her morning ritual. Margot has 300+h Teacher Training under her belt from London, Bali and India, with world renown teachers.
"I love to teach yoga. Because though yoga people can experience their body, feelings, thoughts, and connection between it all. Lot of us are not in conversations with ourselves, we can chat to the outside a lot, but when there is no-one else in the room we want to escape. I have had the opportunity to be the first teacher to many students, who have had a profound experience of actually being in connection with their body. The smiles I receive and the stories I hear, the people I meet are the inspiration to keep developing and learning and teaching. Thank you for that! "
Here are a few beautiful illustrations form my travels and practice around the world. These are small gems of inspiration I hope for you as much as other practitioners have inspired me though their pictures.
